How does plant identification work?
Herbix AI uses advanced AI computer vision to analyze your plant photos and identify the species with up to 98% accuracy. Upload a clear photo showing the leaves, stem, or flowers, and the AI returns the common name, scientific name, family, origin, plant type, bloom period, toxicity, and care requirements within seconds.
How does the health diagnosis work?
Our AI visually analyzes your plant photo to detect diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies. Each issue is identified with a severity rating (Mild, Moderate, or Severe) and a full description. You'll also receive an overall health score from 0–100 reflecting the plant's condition based on the visual analysis.
Are my photos stored? Who can see them?
Your photos are encrypted in transit and processed temporarily for analysis. They are never shared with third parties or displayed publicly. You can delete individual scans or your entire garden history at any time from within the app settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
What are the organic cure guides?
When Herbix AI detects a disease or pest, it generates a 100% organic, chemical-free cure guide specific to that issue. Each guide includes a list of natural ingredients you'll need and a step-by-step preparation and application method. All remedies are designed to be safe for your plants, family, and the environment.
How does the smart care schedule work?
After scanning a plant, Herbix AI generates a personalized weekly care schedule covering watering, misting, fertilizing, and other tasks. The schedule is tailored to each plant's specific needs and shown in your Schedule tab with suggested times. You can view upcoming tasks for any day of the week.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Herbix AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play Support for refund requests. We're happy to help you navigate the process — just email us at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com.
Why did my scan give an unexpected result?
AI scan accuracy is sensitive to photo quality, lighting, and the angle of the shot. For best results, photograph the plant in natural daylight, focus on the most distinctive features (leaves, flowers, or stems), and keep the lens clean. If the result seems off, try scanning again with a clearer photo from a different angle.
The app is crashing or not working. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your garden data will be restored from your account). If you're still experiencing issues, please email us at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing mallik.puranjan@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Herbix AI". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
How do I add a plant to My Garden?
After scanning a plant, it is automatically added to your My Garden library. You can view all your saved plants, their health scores, care environments (Indoor/Outdoor), and scan dates in the My Garden tab. Tap any plant card to see its full details, scan history, and care schedule.
